Здравствуйте.

Судя по скриншоту, у Вас системная ошибка.

В данном случае советуем обратиться к специалисту по ремонту ПК. 

 

Мы можем посоветовать обновить и/или установить Visual studio https://www.microsof...s.aspx?id=48145 последней версии.  

Также рекомендуем выполнить обновление .NET Framework https://www.microsof...s.aspx?id=56116
