It means upgrade 4 times with Breakthrough stones. That can be one character 4 times or each character once. Any combination of 4.

One thing you could use in the meantime, and its not perfect by any means, is use the facebook game chat that exists on the right hand side of the Facebook window outside of the game. That way at least people might see you... Tell your friend to have people look there maybe?

It does seem slightly unusual. There may be reasons for it, but since your server doesn't currently have a moderator I am not sure any of them apply and if they did you would know. Support should be able to figure it out quickly with the information you have provided here though. best of luck!

I'm assuming you are Cynthia Veru in this chat? I honestly have no idea what to tell you. You are going to have to contact Support to get help with this one. Click the help tab at the top of the game and email them that way. Include a link back to this thread so they can see what you posted. Let them know that the image on the left is your chat window and that the one on the right is your friends. That way hopefully they can see your missing post in the guild chat without having to do too much more explaining.

Which server are you on and does Private Messaging still work for you?

If this is still a problem please provide as much detail as you can. Also use the help tab and report it directly to support. I understand that no one is there on weekends, but they need as much info as they can so that it can be fixed ASAP on Monday morning. Also let others on the server know to report it to with as much detailed information as possible. Corroboration will help identify the problem quicker.

Has this gotten any better or is it still causing problems? I'm trying to find some help and more information for you guys.

FYI there is a luck portion involved as well. Just like with wing leveling, you could at any point jump all the way to 240 and reach the next level. This becomes more likely the closer you get to 240.

Also only the top 8 guilds on a server may participate in the Guild Battle. So either work on leveling your guild through gold donations and doing the Treasure Hunt daily or join a guild that is already in the top 8. This is true for the merged servers. Prior to the merge (and possibly for the unmerged servers, I can't be sure on that) it was only the top 4 guilds that could participate.  

The moderators are just players like everyone else who have volunteered their time to help make the game and forum a better place for everyone. We don't have any special knowledge and encounter the same gameplay questions and concerns as anyone else.

I've said it in other places, but I'll say it here. This level isn't ready to be released yet. It isn't a level issue. It'll come in a future update.

When I go to your player profile, I'm Snapr4God btw, I can only see your active robot. When I took that screenshot you can see that your Titus is listed as inactive. Either way it doesn't affect the crux of the question. Either robot should be at rank 3 on Overload.

Angel just so you understand your robot is only rank 5, but your point still holds.

Here it is again... Below is Angelfire's robot. It is clearly rank 5, but the Overload skill is still Level 2. All of his parts are level 3. Could we please look into what actually is required to upgrade Overload to the next level?

many of the things that earn you prestige aren't involved in leveling. Are you doing daily events like feast of the sea? You can earn a lot of prestige there. Also are you doing all of your arena fights? this is another great place to earn prestige. Prestige can also be earned in Robot Battle. If you are doing all of these, even with the exp boost, you should have more than enough prestige to purchase the higher level heroes. Prestige is already set at such a level that you should be earning way more than necessary even with the boosts.

Hey guys. A new event was posted on FB and in todays announcements called "Mysterious Island." However no one on my server can see this event and no information was shared. Any chance you could share some information and let us know if and when it will be available?

It's always a good idea to rank up all of your gear in batches to make sure you keep your set bonuses. then once it is ranked up, mold it. If you should reach a point where you level to a point where you can choose whether to rank up to the next set, but you haven't molded it yet then it is really up to you. Most people won't reach the level necessary to rank up to the next level, and have the materials for it, before they have enough materials to mold the gear after ranking it up since ranking it up will require the next tier of materials (i.e. you would need level three materials to mold, but level 4 materials to rank up). Hopefully that makes sense. If not I can try to clarify further.

If you want an answer from support you are better off contacting them through the help tab at the top of the game. Further, support works Monday-Friday in the Russian time zones. They do not respond on weekends.

Sorry. Misunderstood your question. Substance of Hermit doesn't appear to be available yet. May be a bug or may just be an unreleased feature at this point. You would be better off emailing support then posting here for something like this, but either way you won't hear anything until after the weekend.
