did u look at the pics i put up proving that did receive them but not in my inventory Belle?

I have been playing the game every day since the event started and im missing my day 2 reward, the game says i received them but my inventory says otherwise. i would really like the items. its not like there no big deal items, 5 4 star hero cards, a chest for another 5 4 star hero cards for gold and and a purple shield of eternity, the 5 cards and the hero are the biggest deal. is there a way to get those items? its not my fault the game glitched out on me and i didn't receive them is it? proof of not having.bmp proof of recieved.bmp

My server Fallen king has been dealing with a real jerk as of late, his name is Superinferno, no one can do the pirate event because he will take them all and when u message him he tells u to F*** off, the pirate even needs a serious change, its not fair to other gamers when people like this guy will be on ALL day and farm the events so no one else can get anything out of it, i have needed 1 more piece of thunder gear for 2 weeks now but he kills me as soon as i get the treasure, i look at the rewards after they have been captured and he has at least 3 every time. everything else in the game has a limit on how many u can get a day... why doesn't the pirate treasure event??????
